Someone in the government is clearly not 'on message' after all what else could you think about Education Secretary Michael Gove's decision to block the opening of a 'primary' school for muslims on the grounds that it is linked to Islamic extremism? After all, after the butchery of Lee Rigby, we had David Cameron telling us that the barbarism wasn't 'islam' and that islam is a religion of peace, though admittedly fewer people are inclined to believe this view than ever before these days...

A flagship free school has been blocked by Michael Gove following claims that it is linked to Islamic extremism.
The Education Secretary pulled the plug on the Muslim-inspired Northern Lights primary school in Halifax, Yorkshire, following a three-month investigation.
Ministers ordered the inquiry after complaints that a local Islamic centre had circulated a leaflet suggesting that Muslim parents who failed to support the free school would be condemned.
The leaflet said: ‘If it was said to us, “If you do not attend this meeting your child will die,” I am certain we would all make sure we attend the meeting.
‘What I am about to address... is even more serious than death and that is for us and our children to be safe on the Day of Judgment.’
Free schools are state-funded but operate independently of town halls and Northern Lights, which was to be run with a Muslim ethos, was due to open in September.
However, despite its denials that it endorsed the leaflet or extremist views, Ministers voiced worries about ‘inclusiveness and governance’.
Calderdale Council had written to Mr Gove warning about the ‘close links’ between the Sunniyy Islamic Centre and the school.
And David Whalley, the council’s Head of Learning, said: ‘The potential risk of a negative impact on community relations within the area is high.’

Lovely bunch of people I'm sure in the local islamic centre and clealy off message too, though they were talking to other muslims so possibly not, after all with other muslims they don't have to pretend.
Seems also off message were the local council who are clearly islamophobes and bigots, they have a single BNP member so that makes it obvious, clearly he/she has brainwashed the other 50 members into seeing things the wrong way... (sarcasm)
I mean what is the media and the powers that be to do when their pet islamics keep getting into the news for all the wrong reasons, there's only so many good news stories and blame offsetting that can be done. It's even come to the stage where blaming the EDL has become counter-productive as no-one believes for a moment that the EDL do half the things they are accused of. (more sarcasm)
Still it is bad when the Education Secretary himself can't be bothered to toe the official line that islam is a pink fluffy bunny religion that wouldn't hurt a fly and is clearly being maligned by right wing thugs and hooligans who are forcing good muslims into self defenceing their good intents by the odd beheading and bomb attack. (even more sarcasm)
This unfortunately is the result of inviting in a fascistic totalitarian cult masquerading as a religion who have no qualms about threats or lying in order to forward their plans for world dominance. That they have fooled some politicians and the media is a given (not terribly hard really) but that they continue to forward the lie that theirs is a religion of peace despite the overwhelming evidence against this statement is simply gobsmacking as is the media and political narrative that continues to say this too.
Their problem now is that no one believes the narrative any more.
There is and should be no place for islam in a civilised society... end of...

Blue on blue?

Whenever I hear of a mosque being burned or a muslim attacked my hypocrisy sensor starts twitching, pretty much as it has done over the BBC headlines over the mosque in Tipton bombing being a terrorist attack. The reason being of course that the only terrorists operating in the UK at the moment are of course muslims...

An explosion which left nails and debris strewn outside a mosque was "an act of terrorism", police have said.
The blast happened on a disused railway line near Binfield Street in Tipton in the West Midlands at about 13:00 BST.
A nearby shopkeeper said: "I did tell the police there to evacuate the area, please for god's sake - there were nails all over the place."
Counter terrorism officers were called in and the surrounding area was closed off for several hours.

I can pretty much guarantee you that the culprit if found, won't be a member of the EDL or other patriot groups, but will have links to the islamic community as the arrested person for the Somali community centre is as the teens arrested for burning the islamic school are.
There is a concerted effort going on at the moment to try and put muslims back into the victim category which the liberal leftist  want them to be in whilst calling the rest of us racist bigots. Problem for the liberal leftists being that it's a case of shutting the barn door after the horse has fled.
It's also noticeable that the bomb was placed when there were few people about, I rather doubt that anyone not connected with the community would know the normal times, never mind the ramadam times. As with a previous bomb, I can't help but suspect that these are attempts to garner sympathy. If they aren't then it's probably a sunni/shia thing.
My opinion such as it is, is that this was muslims bombing muslims, not unheard of and definitely one of their more obnoxious habits during ramadam.

What is it about teachers that they feel obliged to force the islamic hate religion on our kids? It's not as if most kids would be interested in being indoctrinated into the violent cult despite the false claims that it's a religion of peace. Yet because it's the bit of the islamic faith where they starve themselves and others the teachers seem to believe that on one of the hottest days of the year that non-muslim kids should be denied water too in case it upsets the barbarians muslim kids.

An angry mother has accused a primary school of denying her child water on one of the hottest days of the year for fear of upsetting pupils observing Ramadan.
Kora Blagden, 32, claimed a teacher at her son Luke’s school refused to let the 10-year old drink from his water bottle because it was unfair to fasting classmates.
Many pupils at Charles Dickens Primary School, Portsmouth, Hampshire, are fasting during Ramadan, which means they refrain from taking food or water between sunrise and sunset for around 30 days, depending on the moon.

Yes it's the old offence by proxy, though in this case the school has gone into emergency denial mode...

The school said there was no ban on children from other religions having food and drink during Ramadan but refused to comment on this individual case.

In other words they realise one of their staff has been caught out and are seeking damage limitation.
Yet it's not unknown for schools toinsist on taking kids to mosques without parental permission, it's also not unknown for them to give a false accounting of the islamic faith as espoused by politicians, the moronic left and the BBC wherein islam is not to be criticised as it offends muslims. Though to most of us the right to offend comes along with the right to be offended so long as it doesn't involve violence.
Frankly I hope the mother along with the school takes this teacher to task for child abuse, but i won't hold my breath. Nor would I hold my breath on any muslim being prosecuted because their religion says it's ok to not feed their kids in summer during the day.
I really do not believe that there is a place for islam in a civilised society.

Magistrates in common sense shocker

We've all heard the tales of people moving from the city into the countryside who have immediately tried it on because of the natural noises therein. A classic example was a council telling a church to cease and desist with its church bells despite it having been done over 140 years due to one solitary complaint.
There have been others, but it seems that some magistrates have a far better grasp on common sense than councils...

A magistrate has laughed a council out of court after they hauled a rural farmer to the dock for failing to stop his chickens crowing too loudly.
Anthony Block, 52, laughed when he first heard Braintree District Council's plan to drag him in front of magistrates over his free range chicken farm near Finchingfield, Essex.
Mr Block is accused of falling fowl of a noise abatement order he received three years ago calling on him to prevent his chickens ‘crowing at a level likely to result in reasonable cause for complaint from occupiers of nearby residential properties'.
But despite baffled magistrates refusing to enforce a fine, Mr Block has still been left with £115 legal costs and a criminal record following the barmy conviction.
He said: 'What next? Are they going to complain about the birds in the trees being too noisy?
'My business has been here since 2002 and all of a sudden they are too noisy - it just doesn't make any sense.

Naturally with the process being part of the punishment Mr Block has ended up with a criminal record anyway, no doubt the local plod have his DNA squirrelled away against the day he becomes really dangerous too...
The complainant also refused to give an interview when asked too, can't think why, save perhaps embarrassment and getting their name in the press and gaining notoriety as an idiot?
Still I suppose it could be worse, we might have some idiot complaining about the film 'The Railway Children' encouraging kids to play on or near the tracks...

Apparently there's some concern about the English actually believing themselves to be... well, English. Apparently the English are supposed to consider themselves as British, rather than English as it gives the UK government a tea towel of legitimacy with regards to the Scots, Welsh and Irish having their own parliaments/assemblies. The fact that the English alone of the indigenous peoples of Europe do not have their own parliament seems to have escaped the people concerned who appears would rather we simply went away and became British again...

MORE than a third of people living in the UK identify themselves as English, rather than British, a new report has revealed.
The landmark report has found that the numbers in England voluntarily describing themselves as British is the lowest of any survey since 1996.
The news came as plans emerged allowing England’s MPs a veto on issues not affecting Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
35 per cent of those living in Britain place their English identity before any sense of Britishness, the report has said, while just one-in-ten claims “to be more British than English”.
“Englishness is emerging more clearly as a result of devolution elsewhere in the UK,” says Welsh academic, Richard Wyn Jones, the co-author of England and its Two Unions, the report published by the Institute of Public Policy Research.
“What has emerged is a different kind of Anglo-British identity in which the ‘Anglo’ component is increasingly considered the primary source of identity,” the report said.

You can almost feel the collective horror of the liberal leftist ruling classes as they suddenly believe themselves assailed by the horribly racist English  For indeed that is what it is to be English in their eyes and why they spent the last 70 years trying to stamp it out.
Even minor reforms such as giving English MP's the power of veto over any legislation regarding England alone does not seem to have stemmed the tide as more and more of the indigenous population regard themselves as something the political classes regard as rather beyond the pale.
You can often see the surprise when you confront a liberal/leftist with the details that the only British thing about you is your passport and you'd change that if you could. The fact that most have no problems with the other countries of the UK saying the same rather shows them up as the narrow minded bigots that they are.
I expect Englishness and the belief that people are English first and foremost to grow amongst the indigenous population of England. It's a form of rebellion and frankly more than overdue.

It's interesting watching the big three political parties of the UK disintegrating and losing members left, right and centre. It's also pretty much a given that sooner or later they'll opt for state funding of their parties, no doubt using the excuse that it will prevent corruption by outside donors demanding favours. Though what it will do is entrench the corruption that is the politicians in place funded by the taxpayer who may very well not want the corrupt bastards to have any money at all from them.
Labour have their union 'problem' but now the Tories have a new problem in that their grass root members no longer believe in the party...

One in five Tory members is thinking of voting for the UK Independence Party at the next election, a poll has revealed.
More than half feel they are not respected by David Cameron, despite years of service to their local Conservative associations.
And many feel alienated by some of the Prime Minister’s flagship policies, with 59 per cent saying they oppose gay marriage and 67 per cent opposed to increases in the budget for foreign aid.
The rare insight into feeling among the Tory activists will make for worrying reading for party strategists.
It reveals a growing disconnect between Mr Cameron and his members, with almost half saying they now spend no time campaigning for his re-election as Prime Minister.
Many of them are actively considering switching to back UKIP, in a major boost for Nigel Farage’s party.
The damning verdict comes just two months after party relations were shattered by claims a senior Tory figure had dismissed activists as 'swivel-eyed loons'.

Cameron's problem is that a lot of party activists do not like where he's taking the party, they do not like his stance on the EU, his views on gay marriage or giving taxpayers cash to overseas kleptocracies. The Tories are worried about Ukip, but what's not being said is that Labour are also starting to get worried too as many people who in the past have voted Labour, now appear to be prepared to vote Ukip too. The Lib Dems as ever are discovering that being in power means being unpopular and wish to go back to being the party of permanent opposition, though interestingly enough they look as if they may go bankrupt first.
Now I have no idea how Ukip will do in the next general election, they may very well pick up the anyone but the big two vote that the Lib Dems used to get. I do suspect that Ukip will walk the next EU elections in first place by a long way. After that it will get interesting as Labour and the Tories will probably try to show off their EUskeptic roots and try to woo back voters. Though i suspect a lot of MP's hearts might not be fully in it.
We may truly be living in interesting (political) times.

Just business as usual

I was born in South Shields, in the North-East of England and spent my formative years in Gateshead so I kind of know the mindset of the people who will vote for a donkey so long as it was wearing a red rosette. That some come to their senses and see just how bad the socialist/leftist mentality is taken advantage of by the unions and the Labour party is a given, however the mindset of the unions and the Labour party in using the system to advance themselves is now becoming a bit of a scandal. Particularly when the one who pays the piper now seems hell bent on calling the tune.

The Conservatives have asked the Metropolitan Police to investigate Labour's candidate selection process in two further constituencies, it has emerged.
Bob Neill, a Tory vice-chairman, has written to Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe, the Met Police Commissioner, asking him to look into allegations of possible fraud relating to Ilford North and Lewisham Deptford, both in Greater London. It comes after Labour handed over evidence to police in Scotland about claims that the Unite union tried to fix the result of a candidate selection in Falkirk by packing the constituency with members, whose subscriptions it paid. Mr Neill described Falkirk as "the tip of the iceberg", noting that a leaked Unite document suggested the union was getting involved in the choice of a candidate for the 2015 general election in 41 seats across the country. In his letter to the Commissioner, Mr Neill said: "I am concerned that this instance is just the tip of the iceberg, as Unite themselves admit they are targeting at least another 40 Labour Party parliamentary selections for similar treatment. Senior Labour Party sources have also confessed that the problems go wider than just Falkirk."

Whilst this is probably just another piece of Tory mischief-making, the guy does have a point as Unite have a very strong presence in the Labour party and can influence policy by the tightening of the purse strings. You can imaging the reaction if say a private company did the same with the Tories and were caught in similar circumstances. The left and the BBC would go apeshit over the matter rather than just try to do damage limitation. Yet clearly in Falkirk, Unite broke the law by enrolling their members without their knowledge as part of the local Labour party and used their votes to try and influence the candidature of their own man. This is exactly the way Militant Tendency worked in the past to get their people into power and nearly wrecked the Labour party, certainly made them unelectable for a generation.
So perhaps it is right that an investigation is begun...
Even if my own thoughts on the matter is that anything that makes a leftish party unelectable is a good thing.

Eight years ago today the followers of the vile totalitarian fascistic creeed masquerading as a religion called islam added another chapter to the ever increasing total of their crimes against humanity.

The good people in London weren't the first, nor the last, but should have been the wake up call our imbecile politicians needed to rid us of this poison in our midst.

Gosh, well fancy that...

I don't like the BBC, I'll use them as a news source, but where possible I won't use them where the news source is biased by their agenda, without pointing out said agenda, I do the same with any other news source. However a report out seems to recognise what I and many others knew to be a fact, that the BBC is simply not to be trusted when it comes to certain subjects and it's liberal left bias comes to the fore.

THE BBC was guilty of a “deep liberal bias” which led it to ignore widespread public concern about immigration, a scathing report said yesterday.
Journalists disregarded forecasts that net immigration was set to soar and members of the public were even blocked from complaining about the influx on a BBC phone-in.
TV bosses were also “slow” to catch up with the growth in support for Britain to quit the EU, as has been championed by the Daily Express.
The damning verdict was delivered yesterday in an independent report into impartiality and bias in BBC journalism commissioned by the BBC Trust, the body that overseas the broadcaster.

Immigration is not the only area in which the BBC promotes a definite bias, it's treatment of Israel in the middle east, as well as the EU along with it's political programs giving an easy ride to Labour/leftist spokesmen but rigorously and often rudely interrogating those of the so called right and independents.
Yet the BBC for years blithely kept to the neutral/unbiased line despite it being blatantly obvious that they were neither. There is even a website BiasedBBC which is constantly monitoring and exposing said bias.
Yet the BBC did nothing.
Their response to the report?

The BBC has now vowed to appoint “story champions” to pressure editors into giving more broadcast time to “important and long-running news stories.”
Executives also promised to “widely and systematically” share audience views.

One wonders which stories the BBC will champion? It's not as if they have a great track record now is it....

Entitlement

The left are obsessed with class distinctions, they define themselves as working class, though mostly those in positions of power are anything but. They have abrogated their right to speak for the working class of the UK mostly by standing for and defending things which the working class totally disapprove of. Immigration, theft, corruption, racism (against whites) generally doing everything that the common man totally disapproves of.

A council boss was arrested today after allegedly giving himself a £26,000 pay rise while other staff had had their wages frozen as part of the national austerity drive.
Anthony O'Sullivan, chief executive of the Labour-controlled Caerphilly council in South Wales, was questioned by police on suspicion of fraud and misconduct in public office.
Most employees of the council have had their annual pay rise limited to just one per cent in a bid to save money - but O'Sullivan was awarded a salary hike of nearly 20 per cent thanks to a report he wrote himself.
His salary was increased from £132,000 to £158,000, and 20 other top bosses also received similarly outsized increases following a secretive meeting to determine executives' salaries.

It's a bit like giving a kid the key to a sweetshop allowing those in power the means to determine their own pay and perks. It didn't work for Westminster and it surely doesn't work at local government levels.
I am presuming that this guy is a Labour supporter of course, but it seems likely working in the public services providing a role as a chief executive, after all that's where a lot of Labour supporting placemen (and women) ended up. I can't imagine either that a Labour run council would accept anyone not sympathetic to their cause either come to that.
Still it goes to show that those in charge of us via elections and those they choose to run things are less than equal to the task.
Perhaps it's time to get rid of them all and bring in a law preventing anyone who has ever served as a councillor or a member of the local government administration from ever holding a post in local (or national) government ever again.

The procedure is part of the punishment

A year and a half ago, Emma West made the headlines for all the wrong reasons when she was caught on camera venting forth on race with her child sat on her knee. She was immediately villified by the establishment and the left as well as various pressure groups over her words, all taken from the fragments of the event filmed on someone's phone.
That there was a lot more to the story, seemed not to matter to those attacking the lady. She was also treated far differently to other characters letting forth about race and religion, but the establishment mostly ignored those or gave them a quick metaphorical slap on the wrist as they were done by 'people of colour' so different rules applied, cultural thing, natch.

A woman who was filmed shouting racist abuse on a London tram in a video watched by 11 million people has been given a community sentence.
Emma West, 34, of New Addington, admitted racially-aggravated disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment or distress at Croydon Crown Court.
West was filmed shouting racist abuse at passengers travelling on a tram between Croydon and Wimbledon.
She was bound over to keep the peace and handed a 24-month community order.
A judge said West was clearly suffering from mental health problems at the time of the outburst.

One and a half years and it was so serious that she received a community order.
One wonders just what the hell was going on in those 18 months, though as the title suggests, the procedure for speaking your mind is part of the punishment.
Yes Emma West had mental health problems, but the one thing that repeatedly came out from people who knew her was that her outburst was caused by something the person filming her rant either didn't see or chose to edit out. The person Emma was ranting at had deliberately spat at her feet when she asked them if they could move. Now I'm not saying that what she did was advisable, though freedom of speech took a bit of a knock when she was arrested for doing so, but, I doubt I would be any too happy had someone done the same to me.
As it is, I wish Emma well and a chance to put all this behind her, she got to keep her child despite attempts to seize him and hopefully will get the help she needs.
As for the rest of us...
