Seems the islamoscum who decided that ordinary patriots attending an EDL rally were fair game for a bomb have tasked their lawyers into appealing the sentences because they were too harsh and non-muslims would have got less.

The West Midlands men were jailed for between 18 and 20 years for plans related to the June 2012 rally, in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.
The men are Omar Khan, Jewel Uddin, Zohaib Ahmed, Mohammed Hasseen, Anzal Hussain and Mohammed Saud
They were sentenced in June last year.

Lawyers and leftards tend to think this way too, though in the case of the lawyers it's the legal aid money they'll get that's the driving factor, not the perceived injustice. Yet from my admittedly biased point of view the problem is that the cases they brought up as examples should have got more jail time, not they get comparable ones. These men are simply dangerous and should have been put down like dogs, it's not like those they opposed were planning to bomb mosques now were they?
Whilst I believe that people should be free to appeal once, after that it really should only be if new evidence is introduced, so I have no problem with these guys appealing, I do object to the 'but he got away with it' style objection they have come up with, pointing out that a Nazi bomber got less of a sentence than they did is not grounds for appeal in my eyes. Nor do their claims of dissimilar harsher treatment for muslims hold much ground, this blog and others are full of examples where muslims have received far lighter treatment and lesser charges for some violent and outrageous behaviour.
No doubt they'll be hoping for a pardon and a compo claim if they win, wouldn't be surprised if some out there believe they deserve it...

Nothing changes

In May 2012, nine men were jailed for horrific abuse committed against teenage girls in the town. It made headlines all round the world.
When the father of one of the victims called me to tell me how his daughter’s cries for help had been ignored by the authorities I started to make my own enquiries. I spoke to the director of children’s services, Cheryl Eastwood, and was staggered by her attitude. She implied that young girls who were being systematically raped were making lifestyle choices and said that this kind of abuse was ‘a new phenomenon’ on which they [social services] hadn’t received guidance. You don’t need guidance from central government to know that when someone is reporting being raped it’s seriously wrong, I told her.
A few weeks earlier, a police officer had told me fellow officers had suggested the victims on council estates should have been drowned at birth. It also emerged that when one of the girls reported her abuse to a police officer, the officer yawned.
The cover-up of abuse by Cyril Smith (former Rochdale MP), the failed police investigations into his crimes, had ensured the public cry of outrage that needed to be heard was silenced.
For Smith’s young victims it was because they were bad boys from troublesome backgrounds who needed disciplining.
For the young girls who were victims of grooming gangs it was because they were bad girls from troublesome backgrounds who were making lifestyle choices.

This is what happens when the people in power decide that they know best, this is what happens when dogma trumps decency. When protecting the perpetrators because of their position or religion or colour of their skin became far more important than protecting the victims of their abuse.
Yet not one single prosecution will be brought against the council, its social services department, the Liberal Democrat Party who connived with the police to cover up Smith's crimes, the police or anyone else connected to the wholesale abuse who ignored it or actually hid it deliberately because to them the victims were lesser breeds and deserved (somehow) what was happening to them.
Even today Rochdale and those in power there are in denial of what happened, there has been no apologies and there are still ongoing attempts to sweep things under the carpet. Those who ignored the victims were even allowed to leave taking golden handshakes with them and are still at work elsewhere in the same business.
These people ruined kids lives as much as their abusers did, yet they've gotten away scot free, the next scandal comes along and they hope we forget. The corruption goes all the way to the top and won't stop until we hang them all.

One law for us...

I wonder what a judge would say to most people if they were accused of a crime yet attempted to get the judge to set up a gagging order to prevent anyone knowing they were on trial for breaking the law? I rather suspect that if we weren't a muslim/politician/policeman/lawyer then we'd get pretty short shrift, the legal people looking after their own and in the case of a muslim, falling for the 'cultural' reasoning that they seem to come out with to keep their names out of the press...

A judge allowed two Muslim solicitors accused of trying to cheat the legal system to hide behind a cloak of secrecy for ‘cultural reasons’, the Daily Mail can disclose.
He banned reporting of the case of Asha Khan, 30, and her brother Kashif, 34, to prevent them allegedly being shamed in the eyes of their community.
In the latest farce involving secret justice, the pair were told they could enjoy the court’s protection because members of their family would pass judgment if the case was reported.
It is a privilege rarely bestowed on defendants in the justice system, which has operated on the principle of transparency for centuries. However, following a challenge by the Daily Mail, the restriction was lifted – enabling the case to be reported.
Judge Peter Hughes reversed his original ban after deciding that the principle of open justice was more important than saving the embarrassment of a defendant.

One wonders just what kind of judgement their families would pass on a speeding fine... although the real killer charge was perverting the course of justice, neither of which I suspect would faze their community, it's not like they doodled the paedo-prophet now is it?
Not that points swapping is entirely unknown either, just ask Vicki Pryce the ex-wife of ex-MP Chris Huhne and the ludicrous lengths he went to, to cover up his misdemeanour.
No, I suspect most of this was simply personal to try and keep their names out of the press and perhaps... just perhaps not give muslims in general another bad news day.
Yet it does strike me that if the ruling had not been overturned, this would have set a precedent, with all ethnic and cultural groups saying their trials should not be reported for fear of shaming them in their community? After all, precedents are the basis of most new legal decisions with regard to dealing with points of law.
Then again I rather doubt a Christian Lawyer or a Jewish Lawyer would have had the stones to attempt something so blatant to keep their names and their communities names out of the press. I rather suspect this was an attempt to try and tag 'muslim' onto a submission in an attempt to avoid publicity, it's not like judges have not attempted to block publicity on muslim trials in the grooming cases ongoing within the country after all.
Still, kudos to the Daily Mail (for once) in getting this precedent removed, God alone knows what would have happened if it was allowed to stand.

Imagine the situation reversed

Can you imagine the outcry if employers deliberately targeted union activists and their families during an industrial dispute? Imagine that they sent 'heavies' to union leaders homes and tried to humiliate them in front of their families.That wanted posters with pictures of the union reps were posted through doors and were seen by the union reps kids.

Yes, to the left this is a legitimate form of protest, similar to the Union of All Fascists (UAF) tactics against the EDL and other patriot groups and  used by various other leftard fanatics who see nothing wrong with violence and intimidation unless of course it's aimed at them.
The Union reps see nothing wrong with targeting individuals in ther disputes, yet would scream to high bloody heaven if management did the same to them.
Hypocrisy and the left are of course close bedfellows, the left has a history of doing and siding with all sorts of odious regimes and fanatics and frequently justifies violence by claiming that its all for the people, despite the fact that the left do not and never have really represented the people, merely themselves. Even at the beginning of WW2 the left because Hitler was at the time allied with Stalin tried to disrupt the war effort. Despite the known evils of the Soviet Union leftist after leftist visited and praised the peoples paradise of the Communist Block, even today the hypocrites still praise Cuba despite its locking up of dissenters.
It's about time that those on the left were viewed pretty much in the same way that Nazi's are, certainly the death toll in their regimes dwarfs that of the Nazis. Even the epithet 'fascist' a favourite of the left merely describes another authoritarian leftist system of government.
The union activists who did this thing should have been arrested under the 1994 public order act, that they weren't will merely give them the green light to attempt to intimidate by threatening families again.

Apparently the police are becoming concerned that sections of society no longer trust them, though heaven knows why (sarcasm) But now it appears that even the middle class no longer trust them and this appears to have hit a nerve somewhere in the politically correct mendacious higher ranks.

Having watched members of the EDL arrested, transported and then de-arrested for simply having a drink in a pub on Remembrance Day it's easy to see from my lowly point of view why the police aren't trusted by anyone. To put it simply the police have been infiltrated by the likes of Common Purpose and now have an agenda as advanced by their private company which runs them aka ACPO. The political correctness, the diversity drives which sidelined able officers due to their (white) skin colour, the pandering to the religion of hate, lies, obfuscation, innate anti-white racism when dealing with groups with legitimate concerns. All have led to various parts of the community as a whole to view the police as the enemy, not their protectors. The forces around the country used to be proud of what they termed as policing by consent and are now realising that by their own actions and the morons running them from the top that, that consent is being withdrawn. ales keep emerging of the police simply not doing what is considered their job, it took them twenty minutes to approach the butchers of Lee Rigby despite said butchers being confronted by 'endangered' members of the public. They lied about 'pleb' comments to get at the government. They arrest the then leader of the EDL for leaping a barrier to get at a man burning a poppy on Remembrance day.
Can they rebuild the trust? I doubt it, not without shedding all the diversity/multiculturalism/political correctness that infests the upper ranks and dribbles downwards. They need to police by consent, pandering to minorities is not policing by consent, lying is not policing by consent, arresting people for taking pictures of railway stations is not policing by consent, arresting people who are upholding the right to protest is not policing by consent, nor is ignoring counterprotestors violent conduct.
The police have fallen far from the ideals which set them up, it will be a generation at least before any trust can be rebuilt, assuming they can even put things right.

Most of the worlds attention is focussed on the islamic attack in Kenya today and the storming of the building to remove the barbarians holding hostages within.

Perfect examples of how muslims deal with and react too anyone other than themselves, although muslim on muslim civil war is also the biggest killer of muslims worldwide.
In Pakistan we see how muslims view any other religion than their own, they are literally cattle to be culled as and when muslims have a grievance... a pretty much ongoing situation worldwide as far as I can tell.
In the UK we see how muslims once they get into positions of power and authority proceed to put their belief system and ideals into place no matter the law or the legitimacy of their position.
By fake visa's we have an example of immigration jihad where although facilitated by Czech's,  male Pakistanis (and you can bet they aren't the bombed out minority Christians) are being allowed into the UK to spread their barbarism and undercut our own employment system. There are some libtard leftists who want an amnesty for illegals, I believe Stalin called those who would set the scene for their own downfall as 'useful idiots' it does seem apt after all.
Finally we have the grievance culture where a muslim once his lucrative job comes under threat immediately plays the racist card. It may be that he was abused, though the examples he gives are rather vague and no one else seems to remember them. Still, playing the race/religion card is always a good step, it almost immediately puts people on the defensive and makes them look the guilty party despite the failings of the accuser.
Four new outlets, four stories easily found about how islam behaves in the UK and worldwide and that's without the headline story of the siege in Kenya.
Yet we are constantly told that islam isn't like this by those who purport to lead us. An excuse growing thinner by the day.
The EDL leader Tommy Robinson (Stephen Yaxley Lennon) however nailed this when interviewed over the Lee Rigby atrocity when he said that 'this is islam' and as for the four stories above, truly 'this is islam' and it's only going to get worse until islam is dealt with once and for all.

Another day another trial for child prostitution and yet again some good 'English' names are sent away to contemplate their crimes...

Six men have been jailed for paying or offering to pay a "vulnerable and damaged" 16-year-old girl for sex.
Leicester Crown Court heard she had been used as a "sexual commodity" and left with internal injuries.
The girl told the men she was a prostitute, but the judge said they should have seen she was vulnerable and helped her.
The men, whose ages range from 20 to 39, were jailed for between eight months and five years.
Three pleaded guilty at their first appearance at Leicester Crown Court and three pleaded guilty part-way through a trial.
Judge Michael Pert QC said: "This case is a classic example of the need for the law to protect young girls from their own folly as well as from their exploitation by men."
Aabidali Mubarak Ali, Rakib Iacub, Hamza Imtiazali, Bharat Modhwadia, Chandresh Mistry and Wajid Usman all pleaded guilty to various charges.

The odd thing about this trial is that not all were muslims, one at least was a Sikh and frankly this is disturbing as I and many other hold Sikh's up to far higher standards of behaviour than muslims. The victim herself was also a Sikh and frankly you'd expect that Rakib Iacub should have known better. Two other names suggest non-islamic roots in the Indian sub-continent as well. It does however appear that Aabidali Mubarak Ali a muslim was responsible once he had his claws into the young teen in "spreading the word" about her to others.
It's also notable that the Sikh community took the law into their own hands and attacked the restaurant where the men were indulging in their lusts. One wonders what the headlines would have been had the EDL done some such thing?
But I expect we all know what the results of that would have been form the reaction of the law and the press over the London riots to patriotic Englishmen (and women) defending their homes compared to Turks or Sikhs. They get praised, we get criticised...

A man accused of making offensive comments on a social media website following the killing of Drummer Lee Rigby has had his case dropped.
Mohammed Mazar, 19, of Balmoral Drive, Woking, Surrey, was charged with improper use of the public electronic communications network.
He was due to appear before Guildford magistrates on Tuesday but a prosecutor said his case had been "discontinued".
Police charged several people over comments on websites after the death.
Incidents were reported to police across England with arrests also taking place in Lincoln, Bristol and Hastings.
On Friday, a 23-year-old woman from Hampshire who posted an offensive message on Facebook was sentenced to eight weeks imprisonment, suspended for eight months.

One would almost think that being a muslim makes one a special case under the law, after all, ask Rhea Paige about it...
Considering the complete over-reaction by law enforcement over peoples reactions to the death of Lee Rigby where an 85 year old woman was arrested for swearing outside a mosque, where other people like the woman mentioned were charged over facebook comments you'd think at least there would be an attempt at some form of balance?
Actually, I suspect no-one who reads this will be surprised. Time and time again people from minority groups have gotten away with far lighter sentencing, or charges dropped which if the roles had been reversed would have been dealt with severely by the courts.

Well it took the people of Meriden, Warwickshire three years to remove an illegal travellers camp from near their village. I don't know how much it cost, but I suspect it was fairly substantial as the travellers used the legal aid junket to take it ever higher in the courts system, probably hoping that the villagers would give up or run out of money.

AN illegal gypsy camp set up on green belt land was finally cleared out yesterday after a three-year campaign by villagers ended in victory.
A group of 200 residents had maintained a round-the-clock vigil at the site since the travellers arrived in May 2010 and began turning fields into a caravan site.
The gypsies finally lost an epic legal battle to stay at the site after exhausting their last hope when a High Court judge threw out an application for them to remain on the land last month.
Yesterday the final two caravans on the site at Eaves Green Lane in Meriden, Warwickshire, were removed.
David McGrath chairman of Residents Against Inappropriate Development, said: “I think there is a great sense of relief that they are leaving.”

You'd think that anyone illegally occupying someone else's land would face the full effect of the law. Well you might if you didn't know exactly how the law and the abuses by squatters worked in the UK.

There's definitely a two tier legal system in operation in the UK, it's often enough applied to minorities getting away with or receiving a lesser sentence than someone of the majority, but occasionally it's a member of the 'establishment' getting preferential treatment...

A woman police officer responsible for issuing fines to drivers for talking on their phone was using her own mobile when she was involved in a fatal crash, an inquest heard yesterday.
Collette Carpenter had the device on loud speaker and rested on her lap to have a conversation with her partner when she pulled out into the path of motorcyclist David Bartholomew.
The 54-year-old father-of-two collided with the side of Miss Carpenter's Peugeot 206, was catapulted into the road at Ferndown, Dorset, and died of horrific injuries hours later on March 20 last year.
When she was interviewed by fellow police officers, Miss Carpenter, 23, lied and claimed she hadn't been using her mobile phone at the time.
The special constable later said she had briefly taken an incoming call before changing her story again and admitted that she had been on the phone for her entire journey with the mobile on loud speaker on her lap.
She claimed that talking on loud speaker with a phone on her lap was 'the same as having a passenger in the car'.
A police accident investigator told the inquest that by using her phone, the off-duty officer had 'very likely' contributed to the crash.

Now most cases actually involve texting when causing an accident when using the mobile phone. However, it does make you wonder why she tried to lie about using it at first rather than go straight to the using it on speakerphone excuse. A more cynical person might just suspect that even the speakerphone excuse was just that, an excuse and the phone wasn't on speaker at all, though naturally proving such would be difficult.
The very fact that her story changed and she was caught in a web of lies you suspect should have been taken into account. Though it apparently wasn't and she walked free after killing a motorcyclist after pulling out at a junction.

One motorist who has been penalised in the past wrote on a local internet forum in response to the inquest: 'So much for Dorset Police's 'No Excuses campaign.
'I received three points for having my phone on my lap whilst on loud speaker so it must be an offence.'

As far as I can tell (I may be wrong) she didn't even get points on her license. I suspect that most of the people involved in the enforcement of the 'No Excuse' campaign do the very things that they prosecute drivers for, whether it be Police Officers, magistrates, speed camera operatives, Driver Awareness Course instructors, council officials and Councillors.
