Yet strangely enough "Local police denied the group were comprised of EDL members"But as the media are always keen to have a go at the EDL this tends to be hidden away at the bottom of any article. Still it's a well known fact now that the EDL are violent criminals who are vile racist knuckledraggers who'd rob their own granny's if it weren't for the fact that she's probably harder than they are.
Doubt you'll see this in the MSM, though it was in the local paper in Luton and not on its online version either. Doesn't exactly fir the narrative either does it? Hardly the act of someone derided by politicians as sick.
I have often wondered just why it is that our politicians pander to Islam, but then most politicians are not stupid. Islam is an excellent way to control the population--even better than socialism. While it might not give any rights or freedoms to the people reading this blog, the guys supposedly on top, politicians for example are pretty much sitting as pretty as it gets. The same crap was happening before the second world war. A lot of the politicians and a huge chunk of royal family had no issue with Nazism . Churchill himself was seen as an outcast and war monger.
This in essence is why I believe that politicians and other interested parties want the EDL stopped, they are interfering with the natural order of things and highlighting a problem that politicians would rather we didn't look to closely at.
Just a shame really that the EDL does not and will not fit into the narrative laid down for them. There’s none sicker than the EDL? Only an idiot (or socialist) could come out with that sort of hypocrisy when to most peoples minds, there’s none sicker than the politicians.

Agreed. And the more they denigrate the EDL, the more sympathy I have with them.
I don't know much about the EDL, but - like you - I just know there's nothing sicker than a politician.
And why didn't the law get tough with our MPs when they were stealing, just like the looters?
Cameron seems to live on a cloud somewhere where he is popular, because after a year, following 13 years of the "other" party, a prime minister is always popular. So he thinks he is, and no one has bothered to, or perhaps dared to, disabuse him of this notion.
Now, of course, I write from Scotland...you know, that place up north where there is only one (1) Tory MP (and he's from the borders with England, in by a whisker and a complete boobie), so I may not be the best person to judge, but Cameron seems to be roundly disliked by most people:
All Scots, more or less; probably most Welshmen too; the right, who thinks he really does hug hoodies; the left who knows that if he DOES hug a hoodie, he burns all his clothes immediately afterwards.
I suppose there must be some in the middle somewhere who think he's OK... Rebekah and Andy probably quite like him. So there's two.
But he really must try to learn that most people hate him. Therefore, if he criticises something it will only make it more popular.
We all know Charlie Windsor's a Tory, but even HE realises that in a reasonably happy country people don't riot, and that you don't solve the problems by harsh and out of proportion sentencing.
Especially when that sentencing of, say 6 months for taking a bottle of water from an already broken shop window, as compared with 4 months for defrauding the country of tens of thousands in imagined expenses... or in the case of lords make that hundreds of thousands...
All it does is reinforce that there are two Englands... one for Cameron's likes, and one for poor people.
I'd think that Cammy should get paid commission for every person he drives into the arms of the EDL. What a tube.
