Well it finally broke

Despite a judicial order silencing the MSM and blogs, despite the claims it might prejudice the trial and give grounds for appeal, despite the media free for all on the Lawrence trial being an example of the hypocrisy involved, the Daily Mail finally got around to telling us about the trial of the alleged Rochdale paedophiles in Liverpool.
Mail.
A group of 11 Asian men plied girls as young as 13 with drink and drugs so they could use them for sex 'several times a day', a court heard today.
The five girls, who were aged between 13 and 15 when the alleged abuse began, were passed around by the men 'who acted together to sexually exploit the girls', a trial at Liverpool Crown Court was told.
The offences are said to have happened in and around Rochdale, Greater Manchester, in 2008 and 2009. All the girls were from broken homes and one was in care.
Liverpool Crown Court heard that some of the girls were raped and physically assaulted and some were forced to have sex with 'several men in a day, several times a week'.
Opening the case, prosecutor Rachel Smith said: 'Some of you may find what you are about to hear distressing. The events and circumstances described by the girls are at best saddening and at worst shocking in places.
'No child should be exploited as these girls say they were.'
Miss Smith said the girls were given alcohol, food and money in return for sex but that there were times when violence was used.
'There were also occasions on which one or more of the girls were so incapacitated by alcohol and/or drugs that they were incapable of having any control over whether or with whom they had sexual intercourse,' she said.
The court was told that some of the defendants paid the girls and took payments from other men to whom they supplied the girls for sex.
Kabeer Hassan, 24, Abdul Aziz, 41, Abdul Rauf, 43, Mohammed Sajid, 35, Adil Khan, 42, Abdul Qayyum, 43, Mohammed Amin, 44, Qamar Shahzad, 29, Liaquat Shah, 41, and Hamid Safi, 22, are on trial at Liverpool Crown Court charged with conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with children under the age of 16.
They have all pleaded not guilty along with a 59-year-old man who cannot be named for legal reasons.
Of course the usual "Asian" label is used to disguise the fact that the men are Muslims of Pakistani extraction. No self respecting Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian, Buddhist or Hindu or any other country or religion in Asia actually does this except for those who hold Islam to be their main religion.
Yet still the state tried to gag the media and blogs through a contempt of court decree, though you can be assured patriot groups were protesting outside the courts against those alleged to have destroyed our childrens lives. Yet despite the media frenzy that usually occurs when groups like the EDL protest, you'd never know they were there, though the UAF made its usual appearance to stand in support of the accused paedophiles.
Still, finally it's out in the open, though this blog and others did mention it back in January. Though many were silenced by the contempt order, still at least the Daily Mail can probably take the heat if any is now forthcoming.
Seems the BBC have broke it too, still no mention of the M or I words though

Once again, this is a deeply disturbing case with 'emulation' of the behaviour of their prophet Mohammed stamped all over it. Hindus, Sikhs, Chinese, Japanese etc must be getting rightly sick of the media's misuse of the label "Asian" when it refers to crimes of this type.

I wonder...why now?

I suspect (though I cannot prove it) that the details were becoming common knowledge abroad particularly on the anti-Islamist sites in the USA. That and the fact that it was common knowledge in amongst various groups online made keeping the secret more harmful than at least acknowledging it though still not allowing commentary on it.

"Well it finally broke!"

Can't be 'the waters" - we have a drought!

Apologies for the off-topic humour, QM but it begged the comment!

Pardon my cynicism, but a while back I made what I thought to be a tongue in cheek observation questioning whether we may be being subtly programmed to be readily whipped up into a bit of "ethnic cleansing".

While I abhor what the defendants are accused of, as well as the apparent media black-out by the courts, is it possible that this could be being used as part of that utterly ridiculous hypothesis?

The Mail have now dropped any reference to 'Asian' men , although the pictures pretty much give the game away

I was quite surprised that the Beeb went to VT outside the courts, giving us all a good, long look at the suspects in the evening report.

I'm with anon at 9:15. Something about this smells to high heaven.

No, no, no! They are not 'Asian men!' They are British to the core.

And like all good Brits they will rally, if need arises, to rally to the Crown and fight the hordes who threaten our way of life.

Or something like that.

The Mail isn't accepting any reader posts on the story or the vile paedophile criminals involved. It's always Muslim Pakistanis involved in this. It makes me sick. It also makes me sick to read one girl (at least) was "in care". Those caring for her should also be prosecuted for neglect.

despite the claims it might prejudice the trial

There is a respectable argument that all defendants in sex-related trials have anonymity because of the damage which even an accusation does.

The argument was rejected because it was said that identification helped other witnesses/complainants come forward.

Which ever way it is finally decided, the decision cannot be made on grounds of race and applied differentially to e.g. Vanessa George rather than Mr Rochdale.

I don't recall her or her family or the nursery benefitting from reporting restrictions beyond the ordinary conventions.

I nearly fell off my chair when the TV news reported this case. Complete with images of the accused, no mention of their ethnicity, just the self evident images.

Like Anon @ 9.15 and JuliaM, I fear a swing towards ethnic cleansing in this country. We have seen how easily people can be persuaded to act way outside accepted norms. Someone/somewhere posted videos of an experiment proving this. The experimenter had two groups, one was told they were controlling the other group. What happened was the first group were told to administer an electric shock to a person in another room if he failed to complete a task properly. The person getting the shock was in fact in the know and was not receiving a shock at all. The experimenter encouraged the man giving the shock to continue increasing the charge whatever the protests from the other room. Needless to say the shocks went on and on, way beyond what people would "normally" do, some of the people giving the shocks were in some distress but continued because they were TOLD to. How easy it would be to convince the sheeple of this country to carry out similar atrocities.

Cases like this confirm that I had made thr right decision in no longer buying a regular daily newspaper and assuming that I would be told what is going on in my own country. I now rely mainly on the internet, and for the various bloggers to keep me in the picture as to what is happening, not only in this country, but around the world.

I agree with JuliaM "something about this smells to high heaven". But I disagree with the conclusion andy5759 has come too.

We aren't being pushed into some act of 'ethnic cleansing' what is being 'arranged' is something which can be claimed as such, and then used as an excuse for further draconian restrictions in favour of the 'religion of peace'.

It's how the 'elites' work, look at how we were disarmed after they gave back firearms to a man they knew was deranged as the obvious, to anyone with a brain, tragedy which followed was used to further their aims.

I suspect they have miscalculated though. The level of anger in society is beyond what these elites can understand, and THEY will be the ones 'cleansed' when people see what is happening (Expect new legislation giving even more special status to Muslims. Oh they already have that lined up don't they?).
